Africa's future depends on its human capacity, especially youth. With most national and international sustainable development goals set for the year 2030, it is imperative that African governments prioritize rapid, long-term investments in education for the new generation of thinkers, creators, innovators and entrepreneurs. CSDA, for its part, designs special capacity-building programs utilizing diverse methods which ultimately target the full realization of broad human capital necessary to develop the continent.
The programs are vital to increasing Africa’s youth’s exposure to higher-quality education in K-12, vocational schools, colleges and universities. Focus will be on developing the pedagogical knowledge and skills of teachers and instructors in an effort to improve outcomes and foster a spirit of excellence in education. CSDA is committed to promoting new strategies, thought leadership and solutions that aim to skill and scale-up capacity across multiple infrastructures and institutions in public and private sectors.
